Movenze is a strengthening and conditioning class performed bare-foot that focuses on core, flexibility, mobility, stability, balance and posture.

Through each Movenze session, the trainee will challenge his/her neuromuscular system by exploring different muscle actions, combinations and lines.

Between each sequence of movements, interphases of stretching, balance and stabilization contribute to the creation of an overall choreographic and dynamic class experience.

Movenze is a complete work out session inclusive of cardiovascular, endurance-strength and flexibility components. It also helps improving coordination, agility, balance, body awareness and education while achieving physical and emotional wellness and harmony.

Indicated for all levels, ages, gender and personal training goals, Movenze will help you reveal your uniqueness and originality through movements.
